TRIO – A GROUP SHOW
It is really indispensable for any artwork to receive meaningful exposure and turn out to be an object for appreciation to get its value of creation. The group show of Gautam Mukherjee, Nipun Manda and Ranjit Sarkar would be a visual delight and inspiring that comprises insightful, contemporary and earthy artworks presented through individual styles of the artists. SEOUL, MUMBAI TO NEW DELHI
Exhibition ‘Seoul, Mumbai to New Delhi’ presents an archive of processes and experiments that began as public interventions in Mumbai. The art works presented at Exhibition ‘Seoul, Mumbai to New Delhi’ elicits a question into our relationship with food, how the action and function of eating - feeding - gathering - nurturing may evoke and provoke nostalgia, memory. Can food really define us, our relations with others – whilst provoking human vulnerabilities? The artwork of seven artists will make you dwell deep in thoughts of your relationship with food. TOWARDS RISING INDIA
Conceived by Padma Shri Awardee Vidushi Sumitra Guha in collaboration with Internationally acclaimed Indian Classical musician Rupam Sarmah, the project ‘A Musical Journey towards Rising India’ depicts Indian Music and culture right from where it originated – Vedas and Upanishads, Science and Spirituality, Bhakti Movement and Folk, Meditational Chakra Music, and music during India’s Independence movement. JASHN-E-TALAT
Jashn-e-talat by Sahar Zaman, a journalist and curator by profession, is a multi-performance tribute to the legend Talat Mahmood. The evening will have a special guest appearance by Talat Aziz apart from other performances by Radhika Chopra, Vidha Lal and Sanjeev Choudhury and young college talent.
