AAP CANDIDATES TO FILE NOMINATION­S TODAY

NEW DELHI: The six remaining candidates of Aam Aadmi Party will file their nomination­s on Monday, senior party leader Gopal Rai said. Meanwhile, AAP South Delhi candidate Raghav Chadha on Sunday held a rally named ‘Gundaraj Mukti Yatra' with over 11000 bikes and 800 cars.

"We postponed the filing of nomination­s of AAP candidates but now all our six candidates in Delhi will file their nomination­s on Monday and we will also launch a 'Pol-khol Abhiyan' against the Congress," said Rai.

The AAP had announced seven candidates in the national capital and party's west Delhi candidate Balbir Singh Jakhar filed his nomination papers on Thursday.

The other six candidates who will file their nomination­s on Monday are Chandni Chowk candidate Pankaj Gupta, East Delhi candidate Atishi, North West Delhi candidate Gugan Singh, South Delhi candidate Raghav Chadha, North East candidate Dilip Pandey and New Delhi candidate Brajesh Goel.

end of South Delhi at Palam MLA Bhawna Gaur's office and continued all the way till the other end of South Delhi Parliament­ary constituen­cy in Tughalakab­ad. The roadshow passed through Palam, Bijwasan, Mehrauli, Chhattarpu­r, Ambedkar Nagar, Sangam Vihar, Deoli, Kalkaji and finally, concluded in Tughlakaba­d.

Raghav Chadha said, "BJP leaders in South Delhi have used the politics of fear and intimidati­on for years. The public of South Delhi is scared to go to their MP with their problems. People are disappoint­ed with BJP leaders because of their abusive and brash behaviour."

He further added that the people of South Delhi want to change. They want to elect an MP who will be answerable to them and understand­s their basic needs. This time, the candidate's nature and character will play a huge role in determinin­g who wins the Lok Sabha elections.
