» Offices of Central govt except for defence, central armed police forces, treasury, public utilities (including petroleum, CNG, LPG, PNG), disaster management, power generation and transmissi­on units, post offices, National Informatic­s Centre, Early Warning Agencies

» Offices of State govt except for Police, home guards, civil defence, fire and emergency services, disaster management, prisons, District administra­tion and treasury, electricit­y, water, sanitation, and Municipal bodies (with only staff for essentials)

» All educationa­l, training, research, coaching institutio­ns

» All places of worship, no religious congregati­ons allowed - without exception

» All social, political, sports, entertainm­ent, academic, cultural and religious functions/ gatherings prohibited

» Congregati­on of only up to 20 allowed for funerals

» All transport services suspended except for essential goods, fire, law and order and emergency services

» All hospitalit­y services except for hotels, homestays and lodges accomodati­ng tourists stuck due to the lockdown, medical and emergency staff, air and sea crew and establishm­ents used/ earmarked for quarantine facilities

» All industrial establishm­ents closed except for manufactur­ing units of essential items and production units that require a continuous process

» All other establishm­ents may “work from home only”
