We are in for nearly two months of lockdown while waiting and hoping for a safer tomorrow. With our daily lives and routines being replaced with a new normal, we’re all quite overwhelmed and worried. Trying to juggle work from home, family relationships, household chores, care-giving duties, and more has taken its toll on both our physical and mental health. So, how does one stay okay when everything seems so scary and uncertain?

To help us all stay healthy in body and mind, ‘Caring Minds’ has taken an online initiative called ‘Health 360: Doctor Speak’. This is a series of live talks/webinars with

Each session has an easy format where the doctors are in conversation with psychotherapist Minu Budhia and Preeyam Budhia

eminent doctors who are at the top of their fields and specialisations. Each session has an easy-to-follow format where the doctors are in conversation with psychotherapist Minu Budhia (Founder and Director of ‘Caring Minds’) and Preeyam Budhia (Head, New Initiatives at ‘Caring Minds’). Each talk includes a wide number of questions related to the doctor’s specialty and our current scenario, questions from the audience, and a rapid fire round that allows us to see a lighter side of the doctors.

One of the main benefits of these live webinars is that it has helped a large number of people gain access to in-demand doctors with very tight schedules.

Some of the upcoming speakers include Dr Anjan Siotia (Interventional Cardiologist), Dr Ranjan Ghosh (Senior Consultant

Psychiatrist), Dr Hindol Dasgupta (Consultant Respiratory Physician), and among others.

While adjusting to this new way of life, many of us are experiencing high levels of stress. Those who are already suffering from mental health issues are also more vulnerable during this crisis. To offer a helping hand, ‘Caring Minds’ has been offering video counselling with psychologists and telephonic counselling with psychiatrists.
