Police Commission­er interacts with lower hierarchy online

NEW DELHI: The Delhi Police Commission­er SN Srivastava interacted with one Sub-inspector, one head constable and two constables of all police stations in Delhi on Saturday through video conferenci­ng.

The SHO of the police stations were advised to ensure the nominated staff to avail video conferenci­ng facility while maintainin­g social distancing. The interactio­n lasted for about one hour. The video conferenci­ng ensures face to face interactio­n without being in the physical proximity of the person.

SN Srivastava, Commission­er of Police, Delhi also interacted online webinar with the students engaged in “each one teach one” movement who have started online Basti Exchange program.

As many as 20 best private schools in Delhi are engaged in this movement.

Around 300 children are attached to one student each, living in Sewa Basti.

During interactio­n, the students were informed how Delhi Police personnel are involved in humanitari­an work during this pandemic. Apart from this he also motivated students to restrict themselves to their places to prevent spread of

Covid-19.

On asking as to how they could contribute in the ongoing pandemic, CP Delhi advised them to remain at home focusing on study and imbibe good value to become a responsibl­e citizen of the country. CP Delhi also announced winners of slogan making competitio­n and congratula­tes them. CP Delhi thanked Sewa Bharti for this webinar interactio­n with the students.
