Chinese electronics manufacturer, Oppo, has launched a new smartphone – the Oppo A71.
The highlight of this device is its artificial intelligence enabled ‘beautyrecognition technology’, which is based on a global image database that enhances the key areas of the face.
The smartphone comes with a built-in smart arithmetic optimisation tool, which blurs the background in order to highlight foreground subjects. With multi-frame denoising technology and ultra HD technology, a user can combine multiple images of up to 32-megapixel resolution.
The smartphone features a 13.2cm (5.2 inch) HD (720x1280 pixels)
TFT display with a traditional 16:9 aspect ratio. The dual-SIM (nano) smartphone runs Android 7.1 Nougatbased ColorOS 3.2 and is clocked with a 1.8GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 SoC.
It features 3GB RAM and comes with 16GB internal memory, which is further expandable up to 256GB with a dedicated slot. It offers a 3-megapixel camera sensor on the back with an f/2.2 aperture along with an LED flash, and a 5-megapixel camera sensor on the front with an f/2.4 aperture.
