Marking new milestones, Udaan School of Photography has been providing first class education and training, exclusively in field of photography. Starting from a humble single-room studio in the year 2010, after six years of its inception this one of a kind and the largest institute in the city, has now moved to a spacious campus in Matunga, Mumbai. With larger studios, Udaan’s new spacious campus includes computer labs, library, cafeteria, gym and ample and airy lounging areas where students can relax. Thus providing them with a comprehensive experience. However, the core strength of Udaan School of Photography is the strong and highly talented full-time faculty, comprising of highly experienced and renowned photographers. Also, the school’s proximity to India’s top advertising agencies, art directors, photographers, newspapers and media houses is an asset. The Udaan School of Photography imparts professional education in both, Commercial Photography and Photojournalism and is run by a cooperative of photojournalists & commercial photographers, making it an unique initiative. Though India is one of the most favourite hunting ground for photographers across the globe, not many Indian photographers have been able to capture what the cultural richness and geographic diversity of the country.
