Air Chief vis­its Agra Air Force Sta­tion

Air Chief Mar­shal B.S. Dhanoa, Chief of the Air Staff (CAS) of the In­dian Air Force (IAF) vis­ited Air Force Sta­tion Agra on April 28. Dur­ing the visit the CAS flew in the AWACS (Air­borne Warn­ing and Con­trol Sys­tem) as part of forces par­tic­i­pat­ing in the on­go­ing war gam­ing ex­er­cise of West­ern Air Com­mand Ex­er­cise Tr­ishul. It was an ex­em­plary demon­stra­tion of po­tency of the IAF with real time war like sce­nario in terms of large force en­gage­ment of air su­pe­ri­or­ity fight­ers and com­bat en­ablers avail­able in the arse­nal of the IAF par­tic­i­pat­ing in a dense elec­tronic war­fare en­vi­ron­ment.
