Ricciardo, Vettel enjoy a ‘ peachy’ relationship

Formula One star Daniel Ricciardo has given insights on his dynamic relationship with co- driver Sebastian Vettel.

Ricciardo said that Vettel and he are great friends and that they shared the same sense of humour and were breakfast buddies.

According to News. com. au, rumours simmered about Vettel ignoring team orders to allow Ricciardo to pass and the ongoing battle to secure the title of the team’s leading driver.

However, the Red Bull ace maintained con- stantly that he and Vettel share a great offtrack relationship and a rather special bond.

Ricciardo has currently achieved his first Formula One podium with the third place in the Spanish Grand Prix and has built a foundation in the team.

He also said that if his current form continues then it’s easy for him to usurp four- time world champion Vettel’s title.
