What is Wolverine Workout?

The focus of the Wolverine Workout is to switch your workouts and put your body through different movements, typically changing your workout everyday. The idea is to “shock” the body by keeping away from repetitive routines making it adapt rapidly to the changing workout routines. Muscle building is key, so the use of super sets work like a charm. Wolverine believes in working muscles to failure, which help you grow your muscles outside the gym ( maybe while you party out). Work on Compound movements to add Adamantium ( claws that can cut through anything) to your skeleton: Compound movements are super strength builders and postural aligners.
