Bulawayo: New Zealand batsmen Tom Latham ( 105) and Kane Williamson ( 91) added 156 runs for the second wicket to propel New Zealand to a position of strength as the visitors ended the second day's play at 315/ 4 against Zimbabwe here on Friday. Latham strcuk twelve fours in 209- ball innings, while Williamson hit nine. At close, senior batsmen Ross Taylor was unbeaten on 38 with nightwatch­man Ish Sodhi ( 5*) for company. Earlier in the day, opener Martin Guptill was dismissed by Chamu Chibhabha for 40 caught by Craig Ervine.
