St Stephens on top with big win

New Delhi: St. Stephens College walloped College of Vocational Studies 7- 0 to take the top spot in Group G of the Reliance Foundation Youth Sports football tournament here on Tuesday.

College of Vocational Studies had been leading the group with a + 7 goal difference with St. Stephens in second place with a goal difference of + 4 but the day’s outcome turned the situation around completely.

The other match in Group G saw Ramjas College thump Deen Dyal Upadhyaya College to grab second place.

In Group H, Maharaja Agrasen beat Motilal Nehru College( Morning) 2- 1 to lead the group on six points with a game to go.
