Pop singer Neha Bhasin started her music career in 2002 with the successful Indian pop group VIVA with other A-stars like Anushka Manchanda, Pratichee Mohapatra, Mahua Kamat and Seema Ramchandan­i. She recently released her single, Laung Gawacha. “Laung Gawacha is a beloved folk song. My fans requested me to do a full version after I did 30-seconder for an ad. We wanted to make it more like a lounge mix. My vocals are bold yet feminine,” she says. A chat about Neha’s musical favourites:

What’s your favourite time/way to listen to music during the day? While bathing and getting ready, something that hasn’t changed since I was a kid.

One band/musician you’d want a private concert from: Celine Dion and Mariah Carey of the ’90s

One live act you would love to see at least once in your life? Michael Jackson. I missed it.
