Where is this astronaut beach house?

This private beach house near Cape Canaveral, in Florida, has hosted about more than fifty astronauts and their families, days before the launch. The two-storey building is about two miles from the launch pad at Kennedy Space Centre, according to Amusing Planet. The house was built in 1940s, but it was later bought by NASA while they expanded the space centre in 1963. The house provides a perfect view of the vast sea and of the launch pad. The families host barbecue parties which has become more a custom.
