ADMISSION ROW: COURT TO PRONOUNCE ORDER FEB. 27

The order on the Aam Aadmi Party government’s plea, challenging the stay on the neighbourhood criteria in the nursery admission guidelines, is expected to be pronounced on February 27.

The high court bench, however, extended its interim order allowing 298 private unaided schools to go ahead with the nursery admission process.

It said that the order on the Delhi government’s appeal will be passed on February 27, but the entire process to admit kids in nursery will be subject to the final outcome of the matter.
