I Spurs live near to where the new football stadium is being built. With all the money in sport, it’s incredible to watch the construction. They’re using the latest techniques; they’re building from the top down. First they start with the roof, suspended in mid-air, add the walls and then work downward.

One builder even let me play with her anti-gravity machine. Okay, maybe I’m making this up. But the point I’m trying to make is that in order to realise your dream, you must build from the bottom up. Now’s the time to lay the foundations for a bright future.
