LA Galaxy to host Man United

Los Angeles: Manchester United will play Real Madrid, Barcelona and Manchester City during a five-match preseason tour of the United States which will kick off in Los Angeles in July, the club said on Tuesday. The English Premier League giants will open their tour with a fixture against Major League Soccer’s Los Angeles Galaxy at the team’s StubHub Center stadium on July 15. The team will then face Real Salt Lake at the Rio Tinto Stadium on July 17. Three days later United will line up against Manchester City on July 20 at a venue to be determined. United manager Jose Mourinho will then come up against his former club Real Madrid at the home of the San Francisco 49ers, Santa Clara’s Levi’s Stadium, on July 23. The tour will then wrap up with a fixture against Barcelona on July 26 at Washington’s FedEx Field, home of the Washington Redskins.
