Realtor murders business partner, wife & 4 children

In a shocking revelation, a property has confessed to having murdered his business partner, his wife and four kids to grab his property worth `2 crore. The Delhi police on Sunday arrested four persons, including two of the deceased’s business partners and two contract killers.

Realtor Bunty shot dead Munnawar Hasan on Saturday in his house in Burari neighbourh­ood of north Delhi, a police officer said.

Hasan, a former BSP leader who had contested 2013 Assembly election from Badli constituen­cy who was in jail over rape charges, was out on parole since last week as his wife and four children had been missing since April 20, a police officer said.

His family had not visited him in the jail since April 20 and when he reached his home on parole, he didn’t find his wife and four kids there.

Hasan, along with Bunty, filed a missing persons complaint with the police on Friday. Hasan came out of the jail with the help of Bunty only. Hasan’s bulletridd­led body was found at his home a day later.

Hasan and Bunty both lived in Burari and had been into property business for some years.

On suspicion, two of his business partners — Bunty, alias Sahib Khan, and Deepak — were detained by the police for questionin­g on Sunday.

During interrogat­ion, statements of Deepak and Bunty were found contradict­ory. When the police questioned them strictly, they confessed of killing Hasan and his entire family, including his wife Sonia, alias Ishrat, two sons and two daughters, with the help of contract killers.

“Bunty wanted to grab Hasan’s property worth `2 crore that includes office land, house and few shops. He even has prepared forged documents of the property on his name. Bunty and Hasan were business partner and often deal in disputed properties in north Delhi,” said a senior police official.

Bunty told the police that he had earlier killed Hasan’s wife and the four kids and buried their bodies at different places in Delhi and Meerut of Uttar Pradesh.

Bunty confessed that on April 20, he took Hasan’s wife and two daughters to their relative’s house in Saharanpur. On the way back to Delhi, he killed all of them with the help of contract killer in Meerut.

“Bunty claimed that he hired contract killers for `3 lakh. Hasan’s wife and daughters were shot dead and buried at a farm in Meerut,” said a senior police official.

When Hasan’s sons reached Bunty’s office On April 22 to enquire about their mother and sisters, he smothered them and their bodies were buried in the office area.
