Morata, Campello tie the knot
As intense speculation continues to surround his club future, Alvaro Morata has put footballing matters to the back of his mind for the weekend after tying the knot with his fiancee in Venice. The 24-year-old is reportedly unhappy with his lack of starts under Zinedine Zidane, but the Spain international did not allow the uncertainty over his club future to overshadow his lavish wedding.
Morata and his fiancee, Alice Campello, shared vows with each other at the Basilica del Redentore in Venice before boarding a boat to take in the city’s famous canals.
The pair stopped for photographs in front of family and friends before sailing off into sunset. Morata could leave Madrid during the summer window, with both Manchester United and AC Milan interested in the Spain international. Morata’s agent, Juanma Lopez, has confirmed that the Red Devils have made a significant offer for the striker.
