Dabas steers SKCA to title

New Delhi: Keshav Dabas’ unbeaten 110 powered Surender Khanna Cricket Academy to a 24-run victory over Sonnet Cricket to win the inaugural edition of the Vidya Devi Memorial U-17 tournament here on Tuesday.

Centurion Dabas got ample support from Shivkant Sharma (47) and Kausthub Gupta (40) as SKCA posted 309/8 in 40 overs.

Hrithik Shokeen took 3/74 for Sonnet Cricket, who were then bundled out for 285, despite battling half centuries from Siddharth Sahni (70) and Vatsal Sharma (66). Ronit Kumar (3/38) Aditya Yadav (2/34) were successful for SKCA.
