trying to raise controversy over administrative work by officials despite the fact that both the Delhi high court and the central government have sternly told it to work by constitutional provisions wherein the lieutenantgovernor of Delhi is the administrative authority in most matters,” said Mr Tiwari.

Mr Tiwari has asked the Kejriwal government to stop creating a ruckus over administrative provisions and threatening government officials. He asked Mr Kejriwal to concentrate on public welfare works.

Mr Gupta, claimed that the directive from the government will throttle the bureaucracy and make them dysfunctional.
