Erection correction

-

QI am a 21-year-old student. My penis has a bend towards right side. Even the penis is not in erection it is in the same stage. Can I correct it by a surgery?

If you do not experience pain on erection and if you cannot feel a hard mass in your penis then you need not worry. These factors are indicative of a condition known as “Peyronie’s Disease.” Remember that no male penis will be pointing straight at right angles. A slight curvature is a common phenomenon. The degree of curvature varies from man to man. This in no way will interfere with intercourse.

QI am 43-year-old man and my wife is 38 years old. We are living a satisfied married life. For the past few days, clitoris of my wife's vagina lost its erection. What to do to regain the erection? Please help.

Clitoris is the female analogue of male penis. In simple terms it is a miniature penis. As in the case of male penis the clitoris also has spongy erectile tissue and spaces. When a woman gets sexually aroused part of the blood from the body’s circulatory system is diverted to the female genitals and the tissue spaces in the clitoris are filled with blood. This produces the clitoral erections. Any pathology which affects this process will produce erectile dysfunction of the clitoris. Uncontrolled and longstanding diabetes, smoking, high blood pressure, some anti hypertensives, neurological diseases are some of the conditions which can lead to the damage of the blood vessels and the nerves in the genitals area.
