During satyuga, all human beings were god-like. But they were not able to use their divinity for goodness, instead they abused it. Lord Brahma — the creator, was infuriated by the abuse of divinity by human beings and decided to take it from them and hide it where it could never be found. Lord Brahma called a council of the gods to help him decide where to hide the divinity of the humans. “Let’s bury it deep in the earth,” said the gods. But Brahma answered, “No, that won’t work because humans will dig deep into the earth and find it.” Then the gods said, “Let’s bury it in the ocean bed.” Lord Brahma nodded his head, “No, humans will learn to dive into the ocean and will find it.” Then the gods said, “Let’s take it to the top of the highest mountain and hide it there.” But once again Brahma replied, “No, humans will eventually climb every mountain and once again take back their divinity.”

The gods were vexed, “We do not know where to hide it, because it seems that there is no place on earth that human beings will not eventually reach.” Lord Brahma closed his eyes for a long time and then he said, “We will hide their divinity in the centre of their own being, for humans will never think to look for it there.”

My dear readers, there is divinity within each and every human being. It is only after we realise this ethereal fact, will we be able to bridge the gap between God and ourselves. This will be a crucial time of spiritual awakening as the whole human kind will reverberate as one soul, one divine consciousness a subsequently the world will be free from all the heinous crimes and terrorist activities.

When we realise that the divinity within is none other than our soul, peace and love, we will eradicate the barriers of God and human, and will usher in an era of human divinity. T his week you will be faced with choices. The choices presented, will be two completely separate options. Like choosing the easy path or the harder but more rewarding one, these two choices present themselves somewhere in your life as options you must weigh carefully before making your decision, for whatever you select, the rest of your life will follow down that path and you will be forever a new person, for better or worse. Do not take things strictly on face value but deeply examine your motives, your feelings, your options and your decisions. This week is also auspicious for relationships and partnerships.
