Kaka captures glorious selfie

-

There have been a number of famous football selfies in recent years from Francesco Totti taking one during Roma’s game against Lazio to Sergio Aguero posing alongside former British Prime Minister David Cameron.

However, none have come close to amassing such a plethora of footballing stars as the one posted by Brazilian icon Kaka on Thursday.

Stood alongside the former AC Milan and Real Madrid midfielder are Frenchman Zinedine Zidane, recently retired Spanish star Xabi Alonso and Italian legend Alessandro Del Piero, who celebrated his 43rd birthday on Thursday.

The photo was posted on Kaka’s Instagram account with the caption translated as ‘Someone order a little #heretocreate’. All four men are World Cup winners and have a sensational 405 international caps between them.

They also share two Ballon d’Ors, four Fifa World Player of the Year awards, three European Championships and five Champions Leagues as well as a host of domestic titles.

Zidane, Alonso and Del Piero have all hung up their boots while Kaka is expected to retire soon after he played in his final MLS match for Orlando City last month. After leaving Juventus in 2012, Del Piero spent two seasons with Australian side Sydney FC before retiring in 2014 after a year with Delhi Dynamos in the Indian Super League.
