TTINGREDIE­NTS 1 tbsp olive oil 1 onion ( finely chopped) 1 cup soya mince, soaked Fresh oregano 4- 5 chopped tomatoes, made into a paste 1/ 2 tsp turmeric powder Chilli powder, to taste Salt to taste Sage leaves ( chopped) Whole wheat spaghetti Parmesan cheese ( grated)

METHOD

In a pan, add olive oil and chopped onions. Let it cook until golden. Now, add minced soya and cook for at least 5- 7 minutes.

Add oregano and fresh tomato paste, cook for five minutes on low flame. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt to taste.

In a deep pan, add water, little salt and olive oil. Add spaghetti and cook for 9 minutes or until the spaghetti is al- dente ( In cooking, al dente refers to pasta which is cooked to be impeccably firm.)

Transfer the spaghetti into a capacious bowl and top it with sauce and grated parmesan cheese. Sprinkle chopped sage and serve with garlic bread and some red wine.
