Jaipur: In a last ditched effort to woo voters before the Assembly polls due this year, Rajasthan CM Vasundhara Raje presented a please- all Budget on Monday.

Despite fiscal constraints, no new tax was levied while sops were announced for farmers, youth, women and marginalised sections, reflecting an overhang of not just Assembly elections, but the crushing defeat in the recentlyheld bypolls.
