I NEED ROYALTY, SAYS ANIL TO ANUPAM KHER

Anil Kapoor and Anupam Kher are very old friends, and have even collaborated on many a project in Bollywood. The two have, however, had their shares of ups and downs, when it comes to their friendship.

Anil and Anupam, despite having produced a film together too, had a minor tiff when Anupam acted in Maine Gandhi Ko Nahin Maara, and Anil was making GandhiMy Father. The duo, however, now get along really well.

And now, when news of Anupam playing an important role in American television series Bellevue broke out, Anil had a say in it. The 24 actor realised Anupam plays a character called Dr Anil Kapoor, and ribbed him on it.

He tweeted to Anupam, “Want royalty for using my name @ AnupamPKher or wait for a Legal notice. ( sic)”

Even Anil’s son Harshvardhan Kapoor took a dig at their friendship and wrote, “You guys are taking your love for each other to another level your playing a character that shares the same name!”
