Aschoolboy error crept into last week’s ‘ Anything Goes’. The question was according to the Ramayana, a divine being emerged out of a sacred fire and gave payasam to King Dasaratha. The king in turn gave the payasam to his wives — Kausalya, Sumitra and Kaikeyi. What transpired after that? The correct answer is Ram, Bharat, Lakshman and Shatrughna were born. Ram was born to Kausalya, Kaikeyi gave birth to Bharata and Sumitra gave birth to Lakshman and Shatrughna. Apologies for the error that mixed up Ramayana with the other great epic Mahabharata.

Today’s quiz is on matters gastronomique. Savour this culinary journey.
