Giroud loses cool during interview

Olivier Giroud does not have the reputation as a hot- headed player, but the France striker lost his temper while speaking to journalists recently.

The Chelsea star was speaking to the media after France’s 3- 1 victory over Russia in the mixed zone, according to the Daily Mail.

He was answering to questions when several journalists became distracted by the emergence of Kylian Mbappe, who scored twice in the match on Tuesday. A reporter cut off Giroud in an attempt to grab the Paris Saint- Germain man’s attention. Giroud stopped speaking before turning to speak to the journalist.

“Do you want to go and speak to him?” the 31year- old was quoted as saying by RMC Sport.

“Go ahead, then,” he told them as he began to walk off, furious at the behavious he was subjected to.

The other journalists pleaded with Giroud to finish the interview, which he reluctantly did.
