Throughout history, baths have been a source of healing or rejuvenati­on. From the bath houses of the ancient Romans to the mineral hot springs where people travel to enjoy the restorativ­e benefits, people love to soak their weary bodies.

Bath salts can be good for other things too, like achy muscles from spending too much time crouched over in the garden or hiking up that steep mountain. Here are some bath salts that can be used for various purposes:

STRESS RELIEF BATH

Lavender: The incredible harmony of nature, flora, and purity in Lavender Himalayan Pink Bath Salt is a healing therapy for your mind and body. The natural bath salt draws out impurities from your body giving you a relaxing retreat.

How to Use: Add three tbsp of Lavender Himalayan Pink Rock Bath Salt to warm water and stir well. Settle in and soak your body or feet into the warm water. Mix with an essential oil or massage oil and use as a scrub. Rinse thoroughly.

ACHY MUSCLE SOOTHER BATH:

Ocean Blue: This natural bath salt draws out impurities from your body, revitalise­s skin, eliminates dryness and improves skin texture.

How to use: Add three tbsp of Ocean Blue Bath Salt to warm water and stir well. Settle in and soak your body or feet into the warm water.

CALM SLEEP BATH

Jasmine: This natural bath salt draws out impurities from your body, moisturise­s and softens skin, relaxes tired muscle, controls body acne and nourishes aging skin.

How to Use: Take ½ tsp Jasmine bath salt and add 4- 5 drops of Grapeseed Carrier Oil. Mix it all well and let it sit in the water before you go in.
