DEEPIKA DAZZLES IN PINK
Global icon, Deepika Padukone, is often questioned for playing it safe with her outfits. However, this time, she silenced all the naysayers by donning spectacular outfits on day two of the Cannes Film Festival. The actress was indeed a head- turner as she glided around in a metallic gold gown from Ashi Studio’s Summer/ Spring 2018 collection. Her second get- up, which was a ruffled, mullet-cut hot pink gown, which also boasted angel wings, looked just as ethereal. However, there was something missing and that was the ‘ RK’ tattoo the actress used to sport. Deepika got the tattoo made when she was in a relationship with Ranbir Kapoor. Well, makeup surely did a good job at eliminating this inky memory.
Talking about her joy at being at the prestigious event, Deepika posted “Dreams really do come true... Cannes 2018,” on her Instagram account.
While her fans gave her a thumbs up for this look, her boyfriend Ranveer Singh couldn’t stop himself from gushing about his ladylove. “Gosh,” wrote the actor on her timeline.
Well, Deepika certainly snatched all the limelight, but debutant at Cannes, Kangana Ranaut, was no less of a stunner.
