UFC star Lee defends husband’s pro- Nazi ink

-

UFC star Andrea Lee has taken to social media to defend her husband’s swastika tattoo, says the Sun. The fighter came under fire when she posted a snap of her and other half Donny Aaron with the pro- Nazi ink on his left arm. The picture of them both posing by a lake was quickly the subject of Twitter fury after the controversial tat was spotted.

Lee cropped the image and left it on her Twitter and Instagram accounts without a view of Aaron’s arm. But hundreds of fans had already seen, forcing her to make a statement defending her husband — who is also her coach. She said Aaron got the tattoo when he was in prison and insisted that neither of them was racist.

Lee posted: “Neither one of us are racists, we have an Asian and a black guy that live with us.

“Oh my gosh guys it’s a tattoo he got when he was in prison, get over yourselves. He covers them up all the time and we happen to have a lake day and it makes an appearance.”

On Saturday, Aaron also addressed the controversy, calling his tattoo a “20- year- old mistake” in a tweet. He also said his ink doesn’t define him and if it was possible, he would get it removed.

Unsurprisingly, Aaron and Lee got heat on social media.

One fan wrote: “You can literally go to any shop and get it covered lmao. I think you just don’t want to.”
