JB Sports ride on twin tons

New Delhi: India Under- 19 player Mayank Rawat ( 130) and Aryan Kapoor ( 111 not out) helped JB Sports beat Mount Club by 164 runs in the 2nd Shanti Devi Under- 19 cricket tournament at the Chawla grounds here on Wednesday.

Mount Club won the toss and elected to field, allowing JB Sports to notch up a huge 346/ 5 in 40 overs. Man of the match Rawat’s 67 ball knock was studded with 15 boundaries and seven sixes while Kapoor took 98 balls ( 8x4, 5x6) for his unbeaten knock. In pursuit, Mount Club crumbled from the very beginning and were eventually bowled out for 182 in 34.5 overs.
