Rod Stewart, 73, broke into the flossing dance on stage with son Aiden, seven, during an energetic performance in Nashville recently. And in other news, the suave Michael Douglas came on record to say that he does not mind his kids becoming actors! THE ROD STORY: Stewart is a devoted father to his eight children. In an Instagram video shared by wife Penny Lancaster, the rock icon could barely contain his excitement as he belted out Stay With Me with son Aiden by his side, and Rod prompted the youngster to break out into the meme- worthy craze by doing his own floss dance! Aidan lept onto the floor to wow the crowd with his break- dancing skills. Later on, they enjoyed a quick kick- about. Rod had admitted earlier that he plans his tour schedule around his eight children! THE DOUGLAS STORY: Michael Douglas recently revealed that he supports his children’s acting aspirations as he gushes over fatherhood the s e c o n d time around. The screen star, 73 — who is father to eldest son Cameron, 39, and shares his younger children Dylan, 17, and Carys, 15 with wife Catherine Zeta- Jones, 48 — admitted fatherhood gave him “a whole new appreciation and energy” the second time round. “We’ve talked all about it. We wish them well. You’re always happy to see someone young have something they’re interested in. They’ve seen good fortune but they understand it’s really about… if they have that joy of performing and want to do it, then great. It’s not easy. Second generations are rare in terms of success. Or third generations.”
