Shekhar-Suchitra in property dispute?
Daughter Kaveri Kapur has made her displeaure known about her name being dragged in the property dispute between the former spouses
Ever since news got out about filmmaker Shekhar Kapur’s property dispute with his ex-wife Suchitra Krishnamoorthy, many felt that Shekhar’s domestic disputes were being unnecessarily dragged into the public domain.
An angry friend while expressing annoyance, says, “Who is leaking this information to the press? According to these leaked stories Suchitra is going to fight a legal battle with Shekhar over his property in Mumbai for the sake of their daughter Kaveri. Shekhar is a very caring father. At 76, Shekhar works hard as he wants to secure his daughter’s future. I have nothing to do with this case or any case between my parents.” Despite the strong realtionship between him and his daughter, it looks like Shekhar is in for a long legal battle with his former wife. It must be noted that Shekhar is already in a legal battle with the Zee network over the franchise right of his film Mr India.
