No plans to sell non-core assets, says PNB chief

Punjab National Bank MD S. S. Mallikarjuna Rao said the bank no plans to sell non-core assets, including subsidiaries, in this financial year. But the bank intends to sell some of its real estate assets and properties, including its old headquarter building, he said. “We have a lot of real estate assets because of the merger. We are planning to sell some of them. We are planning to sell a good amount of these assets,” he said.
