MAN UNITED, ARSENAL IN FA CUP SEMIS

Sheggield, June 28: Dani Ceballos fired Arsenal into the FA Cup semifinals as the Spaniard’s stoppage-time strike clinched a dramatic 2-1 win at Sheffield United on Sunday.

Mikel Arteta’s side rode their luck after surviving a second-half barrage from the Blades.

Nicolas Pepe put Arsenal ahead with a first-half penalty after Chris Basham fouled Alexandre Lacazette.

David McGoldrick equalised with three minutes left, but Ceballos settled a hard-fought quarterfinal in the final moments.

Meanwhile, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side had to work hard for their place in the last four as Todd Cantwell forced extra time by cancelling out Odion Ighalo’s opener.

Timm Klose was sent off for hauling down Ighalo in the 89th minute and that tipped the match for United.
