Sara steps out to have a long chat with director Aanand L. Rai

The actress met with the director of her upcoming film to discuss all changes that have been made to the script

Sara Ali Khan stepped out for the first time after lockdown to meet and have a long chat with the director ( Aanand L. Rai)of her upcoming film Atrangi Re. The actress has been home all this while and practically cut off from meeting anyone, so when she did step out, she spent over an hour discussing not just her lockdown stories, but also the changes that have been incorporated in the script of the film.

“She went to his office early evening and came out after a long conversation with the director. They spoke on several points, including certain intrinsic changes in the script as well, keeping in mind the run time of the film. The film also has Dhanush in the lead and also features Akshay Kumar in an important role. The filmmakers had earlier approached Hrithik Roshan to play that character but when he chose not to be a part of the film, the makers decided to get on to Akshay. While the earlier script had been drafted keeping Hrithik in mind, this one has been tweaked keeping in mind Akshay’s personality as well. So, Sara was made aware of all these changes too,” says a source. Atrangi Re is rumoured to have Sara in a double role.
