His gesture, incidentally, comes close on the heels of two Congress MLAs, said to be his staunch loyalists, quitting the grand old party to join BJP.

State women and child welfare minister Imarti Devi, a loyalist of Mr Scindia, attacked Mr Yadav for his post calling him a “snake”.
“There are three snakes in Congress in Madhya Pradesh who have destroyed the party. The three Congress leaders are Mr Yadav and former chief ministers Kamal Nath and Digvijay Singh,” the twitter post by her said.
Mr Scindia did not react to Yadav’s tweet. Recently, he had said he kept mum for three months in the face of relentless attacks again him because the country was in the grip of the coronavirus pandemic. Of late, he has started directly targeting former CMs Kamal Nath and Digvijaya Singh.
