BB2 is ready for shooting

After a year’s break, the Kartik Aaryan–Kiara Advanistarrer Bhool Bhulaiyya 2 will restart filming soon

While the shoot of the film is yet to restart in Lucknow, given the circumstances and the availability of dates, sources say that the filmmakers have been trying to do two different schedules before they restart work on their huge set at Lucknow. After lying unused for a year, the set has apparently lost colour and has seen wear and tear.

One of our sources adds, “There will be a shoot of the film with Kartik and Kiara in Manali and that will be followed by a twoweek schedule in Mumbai. Anees and team will then go to Lucknow to shoot for Bhool Bhulaiyya 2 with Tabu as well. Tabu has a very important character in the film, which has to be shot on set itself, not only to maintain continuity but also from the story perspective,” says a source.

The makers have also finalised the locations of the films now. Interestingly, unlike the earlier film in which Akshay Kumar played a psychiatrist, the second part will not see Kartik get the same job profile. “He is just playing a young lad in the film. The makers do not want the audience to think that they are watching a repeat of the same story. So Rajpal Yadav is the only actor repeated from the first part of the film,” we are told.

There will be a shoot of the film with Kartik and Kiara in Manali and that will be followed by a two-week schedule in Mumbai.
