Hours after Mr Dhankhar renewed his attack on the Mamata Banerjee government on post-poll violence and summoned new state chief secretary Hari Krishna Dwiwedi to Raj Bhawan on Monday, Ms Moitra too potshots at him.

role and relations with Mr Dhankhar. The list had Abbhudoy Singh Shekhawat, designated as OSD to the governor who is alleged as the "son" of Mr Dhankhar’s brother-in-law, and Akhil Chowdhury, posted as the OSD Coordination, is claimed to have "close family relation with the governor."
The rest are Ruchi Dubey, OSD administration, who is the "wife of
Major Gorang Diksit, exADC to the governor," Prashant Diksit, OSD protocol who is the "brother" of Maj Diksit, Koustav S. Valikar, OSD IT, who is the "brother-in-law of present ADC to governor Srikant Janardan Rao" and Kishan Dhankhar, a "newlyappointed OSD," is a "close relative of the governor."
Mr Rao is a 2015-batch IPS officer in rank of a superintendent of police. The names of Ms Dubey and Mr Valikar could not be found on the Raj Bhavan website.
The governor had earlier tweeted, "Extremely alarming scenario. Security environment seriously compromised.
With each day state is sliding in lawlessness and vindictive actions are on the rise...The state is in grip of unprecedented post poll retributive violence at unimaginable scale, with lakhs of people being displaced and property worth hundreds of crores vandalised. Rampant vandalism and hooliganism has resulted in large scale arson, loot, destruction of property."
"Numerous instances of rapes and killings at the hands of rogue elements who have no fear of law. People are suffering targeted violence for 'daring' to vote against ruling dispensation. A highly worrisome aspect is that this ostracisation has now graduated to their social boycott and denial of benefits they are otherwise entitled. They are being made to suffer "extortion fee" for living in their own house or run their own business," he added.
Mr Dhankhar added, "There is state of anarchy and lawlessness. All elements of ‘police state’ are amply reflected. Democratic values are openly shredded and trampled by ruling party harmads. People are in mortal fear of police and that in turn is at the feet of ruling party rogue elements. Most unfortunate that state functionaries are not even recognising this malaise much less take steps to contain it.”
