SIDDHARTH SHUKLA MAKES OTT DEBUT

Siddharth Shukla has made his web debut. The Bigg Boss 13 and Khatron Ke Khiladi winner, who was a big name on TV after being a runner up at the Gladrags Manhunt contest, stars with Jahnavi Dhanrajgir and Sonia Rathee in the third season of Broken But Beautiful. The model-turned-actor has taken his time to enter OTT, but he explains that his choices are based on the challenges of the roles, not on the medium. “I don’t want to repeat what I have already done and Broken But Beautiful was a script I loved. through similar situations or felt similar emotions. He isn’t perfect but I don’t think any of us are, and he’s on a journey like many of us in our respective careers and fields, to accomplish his vision in life.”

Siddharth, who was part of the Dharma Productions' film Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, starring Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan, has not done too many films either. Asked for his comment on that, he says, “You are looking at it as a medium. But from where I see it, if there’s something that excites me in the cinemas, I will go for it, but it’s not the medium that’s the deciding factor. There is no transition, I am happy to work on all of them, but the work has got to excite me.”
