SRK’S TEASERS DELAYED… BUT COMING SOON

With familial issues eating into his time, Shah Rukh Khan has further postponed the release of his teasers

-

While Shah Rukh Khan was all set to release three of his films’ teasers, which were readied back-to-back, his son Aryan’s arrest, detention and ensuing court case delayed the release of all three teasers.

Adding to the information, a film source told us, “All three teasers — first of which was of Pathan — were made ready by the production house. But they got delayed because SRK was not available for anyone and it was not the appropriate time to put out the teaser and make an official announcement of the film.” Adding that Pathan has not been officially announced, our source tells us that the same is the case with Atlee’s film with Shah Rukh, part of which has already been shot in Pune and Mumbai. “The subject of the film, the working title of which is Lion, is about Shah Rukh helping five women avenge through a heist. Even Lion was slated to come out with an official announcement and teaser. But that teaser too got delayed as did the teaser of Raj Kumar Hirani’s film with SRK, which “All three teasers

— first of which was of Pathan — were made ready by the production house. But they got delayed because SRK was not available for anyone and it was not the appropriate time to put out the teaser and make an official announcement of the film.”

— Source was also shot a few months ago, in which Shah Rukh had shared his inputs on how the teaser had to be made for the film, which was written by Kanika Dhillon and Hirani himself,” adds our source.

All said and done, sources now add that Shah Rukh is all set to release the teasers very soon. “The new year is when he is expected to put out the first one followed by the others in a gap of three to four weeks from each other. Shah Rukh had also put out the teaser of his last film Zero on the first day of the New Year and wants to start the year positively,” adds our source.

SRK fans on social media have been repeatedly demanding the teasers and had only kept quiet during the period when the Aryan case was at its peak. — (Sanskriti
