QMy wife and I have been married for two-and-half years, but we still don’t enjoy our sex life. We’ve also been going through some rough times in life. My job’s very demanding and consequently I’m unable to give the best of myself to my wife. Often, I’m too tired to have sex and

lose my erection. How can we solve this problem and enjoy a

healthy sex life?

You need to modify your lifestyle. Healthy sex life demands a healthy body and a healthy mind apart from a healthy partner and healthy atmosphere. The rough times in your life, a demanding job, has sapped your energy levels (physically and emotionally). The guilt about “not giving your best to your wife” is an add-on. You may consult a counselor to learn stress management. Practice yoga and meditation or prayer to reduce your stress levels. Try to eat nourishing food on time. Try and have sex after a period of rest instead of trying it at night when you are tired. Either, you can sleep for an hour or two after your return from office and then have sex when your body is recouped or get up a little early in the mornings to have sex. After a good night’s rest, your body will be fully recharged and energized for sex.

QMy boyfriend and I were indulging in foreplay and I gave him a hand-job and he climaxed. Some of the semen fell on his hand; he wiped his hand and then put his finger in me. Though I know he wiped his hand, I’m still worried. Can this get me pregnant?

The chances of you getting pregnant are practically nil. For a pregnancy to occur, healthy and active sperms should be deposited inside the vagina around the time of ovulation of the woman. Since your boyfriend had wiped his hand, the sperms most likely would’ve been inactivated. If the incident had occurred during your non-ovulatory phase of your menstrual cycle, then there’s absolutely no chance for a pregnancy.
