BOLLYWOOD PARKS DUBAI

When it opens next month, Bollywood Parks Dubai at Dubai Parks & Resorts will be the world’s first-ever theme park dedicated to Bollywood. The 1.7-million-sq-ft park will have 16 rides and attractions based on blockbuster Bollywood movies such as Sholay, Mughal-eAzam, Krrish, Don, Lagaan, among others. There will also be plenty of Indian dining options. The park will be divided into five zones: Bollywood Boulevard, Mumbai Chowk, Rustic Ravine, Royal Plaza and Bollywood Film Studios. In Bollywood Boulevard, visitors can have a ball at Rock On!, a restaurant where live scenes will be recreated from the 2008 film. At the centre of the park will be Rajmahal Theatre. With a seating capacity of 850, it will host Broadway-style Bollywood musicals.
