The rising star’s rumoured romance with Anushka Sharma has the actor denying all such false reports

Sushant Singh Rajput might be a drop out from college but he swears that he is not a fickle minded boy, to cheat on his girlfriend Ankita Lokhande whom he plans to marry one day. Therefore, he rubbishes all rumours about his link up with Bollywood’s leading actress, Anushka Sharma.

“Yes, I am very sure of being sincere to Ankita. Foremost reasons are very clear — I am here only for work. I have not joined this glitterati world to become famous or add money to my bank. Also, reaching the heights of stardom is not what I crave for. I just want to turn a better actor day by day. All I know is that I am true to my relationship with Ankita. Undoubtedly, if Ankita feels insecure, you need to find out from her,” shares the actor.

When asked about his rumoured link up with Anushka he clarifies, “We are just friends. Belonging to the same profession we share a good rapport. And, nothing more than that.”

Talk about dropping out from studies early, he states, “Yes, when compared to my four sisters, I may not rank up to their level academically. But I was sure about what I wanted to do. I feel primary education is very essential for one and all. This enables everyone to choose the right path for themselves.” And adds, “However, I decided to switch over to Shiamak Davar during my college days only. Thereafter, I joined Barry John’s acting classes. Television happened and then films too stared happening merely because I am passionate about my profession.”

Well, we need only to wait and watch for how long this new entrant in Bollywood will be able to stick to his sincere principles.
