Coal India Gen-Nxt Conclave concludes at WCL

Young officers of Nagpur based Public Sector Enterprise hosted two days Gen Nxt conclave in Nagpur for the young officers of entire Coal India Limited, to bring them on one platform and to define their role in achieving ambitious target of producing one billion coal by 2019-20. On the first day, Secretary Coal Anil Swarup graced the conclave and guided the young officers. On second day, Chairman Coal India Sutirtha Bhattachar­ya, IAS, had an open discussion session with the officers and guided them. He gave them the key of success and called upon them to quest for quantity and quality. Director (Personnel & IR), Coal India Limited R. Mohandas along with Director (Personnel), WCL Dr. Sanjay Kumar, started with the first session. They guided the young executives with inspiratio­nal thoughts and motivated them to achieve the magical figure. Chairman Cum Managing Director of Western Coalfields Limited Rajiv R. Mishra also won the fellowship of World Productivi­ty Council, which was presented to him at the hands of Chairman Coal India Limited Sutirtha Bhattachar­ya during the valedictor­y session of the conclave. Director (Technical) S. S. Malhi, Director (Technical P&P) B. K. Mishra, Director (Personnel) Dr. Sanjay Kumar of WCL, S. P. Dattamajum­dar, CGM, Coal India, M. K. Singh, GM (HRD), WCL and other officers along with the participan­ts were present during the conclave.
