Chimbai SC blank Kant Wadi Stars

Chimbai SC produced a strong combined performance and romped to a facile 40 win against Kant Wadi Stars in a Men’s Premier Division League match of the 15th Bandra West Football League 2016, sponsored by Baba Siddique & Jeeshan Siddique and conducted by the BWFA (Bandra West Football Association) and played at the Dr. Norman Lewis Supari Talao, Municipal grounds.

Showing good understanding and working as a unit Chimbai dictated terms from the start and scored through Leander Dharmai, Floyd Dharmai, Zeeshan Tharia and Rohel Shaikh, all chipping in with a goal each to seal the win.

Meanwhile, Friends FC also enjoyed an easy outing as they handed Sea View SC a 41 defeat. Striker Kevin D’Souza struck a brace of goals while Conan D’Mello and Altaf Mansoori contributing one each to complete the goal tally for the winners. Sea View pulled one back through Farhat Sheikh. In the third game, Companeroes SC and AK Chimbai SC shared honours as they played out a tame goalless draw.
