Encourage polymer packs

Many product manufacturers of say toiletries, cosmetics, syrups and medicines still use glass containers and inconvenient tins for packaging of their products. Glass containers are difficult to handle and can be dangerous as they may injure the consumer while handling. Union Ministry of Consumer Affairs should ensure compulsory replacement of glass and tin containers by packs made of suitable polymer compound. Exemption may be granted in case a product is liable to a reaction due to polymer packaging.
