IGL to set up City Gas Distribution Network in Rewari

Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) the supplier of CNG and PNG in Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad, has now been authorised by Petroleum & Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) to lay City Gas Distribution (CGD) network in the geographical area of Rewari in Haryana. This was announced by M. Ravindran, Chairman, IGL while addressing the shareholders at the 17th Annual General Meeting of the company in New Delhi. He added that this would open doors for expansion of IGL in the state of Haryana. Sarguja wins the Under-16 football tournament by scoring a goal against Durg in a thrilling finale held at the Netaji Subhash Stadium here at NTPC korba Township on 27th Sept. The Under16 tournament that started on 23rd Sept had witnessed participation of teams from ten districts of the state of Chhattisgarh. It is to be noted here that the tournaments are being held in five segments after NTPC decided to adopt football in the state under CSR. The company is all set to give training to the selected players after the five-round tournament. The next round of senior men's will be held from 13th October to 19th October 2016. R K Rout, GM (Operation) handed over the trophy to the teams. Among others, C Dakshinamurthy, GM (TS), Basuraj Goswami, GM (FM), Debasmita Tripathy, HOHR, HODs, representatives of Unions/Associations were present in post-match award presentation ceremony. Hindi Fortnight was celebrated in NLC India Limited, Neyveli. The valedictory function of the same was organised on 28th September 2016 at Learning & Development Centre, Neyveli.
